I was retained by Fletcher Smith Limited from 1982 to provide them with a full range of agency services until their acquisition by a French group in 2003. During this time, I managed all of their marketing needs. Working closely with engineers and company directors, I essentially became an external, in-house design and marketing department, gaining a substantial amount of technical knowledge in their field.
